Recordings & Rehearsal Rooms
The Soundborn rental studio is located in the basement and offers several rooms or room combinations that can be easily booked online. We offer the recording studio for self-directed sessions or with our professional sound engineer.
Control Room
In the "cockpit" of Soundborn, all other rooms can be recorded with ease.
Voice Room
Exactly the right place for recording vocals, podcasts, voice-overs, and much more.
Live Room
Perfect for rehearsals, content creation, and private events. Here, you'll have plenty of space for your sound.
Drum Room
An acoustically optimized room for loud rehearsals & recordings (in combination with the control room) – available on Sundays too!
At the center of Soundborn is the bar area with the legendary “Hörbar,” which can be rented together with the live room for private events.

Please note that our rental studio can only be used with a prior booking.
Mo – So: 10 AM to 10 PM
You can find the price list for bookings here. Students and retirees can receive a 20% discount (to do so, create an account and send us a request via email).

How to find Soundborn
Our studio is located very close to the U6 station Josefstädter Straße. Tram lines 2, 5 and 31 also stop just a few minutes’ walk away (stop “Albertgasse”).
By car
There are only limited parking options in the immediate area (short-term parking zone). However, there’s a loading zone right at the corner of the building that can be used for unloading instruments – practical if you're carrying heavy equipment.
By bike
There are bike racks in Klesheimgasse and the surrounding area – ideal for anyone who prefers getting around in an eco-friendly way.
